Business Development Manager – Distributed Energy / Microgrids

What You’ll Do ● Drive new business for distributed generation and microgrid projects across the Mid-Atlantic and Eastern U.S. ● Identify and develop opportunities with industrial, commercial, and data center clients looking to boost reliability and reduce emissions. ● Build relationships with facility managers, energy leaders, engineers, and developers. ● Partner with internal engineering and project development teams to deliver tailored technical and financial solutions. ● Represent at trade shows and industry events as a trusted expert in distributed energy. ● Manage your pipeline and proposals using Salesforce CRM. Who You Are ● A self-starter with a proven ability to develop and close complex technical sales. ● Experienced in energy systems, CHP, microgrids, or related industrial solutions. ● Comfortable translating technical advantages into business value. ● Entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and eager to grow with a fast-moving company.
