DescriptionSalesforce, a global leader in CRM and recognized as a top workplace, is seeking a driven eDiscovery Analyst to join our dynamic Legal and Corporate Affairs (LCA) Operations team. The LCA Ops team is at the forefront of supporting all legal practices in digital transformation, knowledge management, and delivering best-in-class eDiscovery services. This role offers the opportunity to work with ground breaking technology and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment. The eDiscovery team plays a meaningful role in providing data collection, processing, and analysis services, supporting legal and regulatory matters with efficiency and accuracy. This is a hybrid role and works out of the Atlanta office 3 days a week.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary project manager for all eDiscovery matters.Administer the entire Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) lifecycle.Serve as the central point of contact, collaborating closely with both internal and external partners.Ensure clear communication and seamless delivery of eDiscovery services.Maintain detailed documentation and processing of legal requests.Leverage innovative technology to support data and device collections, processing, and analysis.Maintain accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire eDiscovery process.Required Skills/Experience3-5 years of hands-on experience in eDiscovery, with a strong understanding of the entire EDRM lifecycle. Industry-specific certifications (e.g., Relativity Certified Administrator, ACEDS, CDFE, etc.) preferred.Demonstrated ability to manage complex eDiscovery projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.Proficient knowledge of Relativity and familiarity with a range of eDiscovery and forensic software (e.g., Nuix, Cellebrite, Google Vault, etc.).Working knowledge of data collection, data storage, and chain of custody standard methodologies.Familiarity with system administration on macOS, Microsoft Windows, Linux/Unix operating systems, and mobile device management (Android, iOS).Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to independently manage and report on tasks.Ability to track metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
