Job Description

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners in Germany (tobacconists, supermarkets, e-commerce, MD, etc.) to achieve sales targets.Monitor market dynamics and conduct analysis in the German and DACH region; design localized sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand channel coverage.Collaborate with the sales team, focusing on the German market while supporting business expansion in other European markets.Follow up on partner needs, coordinate internal resources, and provide tailored solutions to boost product performance.Track and analyze the sales process, collect competitor insights, identify new opportunities, and provide timely feedback on customer requirements and market changes.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of channel sales experience in e-cigarette, tobacco, or FMCG industry; existing networks in German retail, tobacco, e-commerce, or MD channels preferred.Proven track record in sales, with strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.Native or near-native proficiency in German, with fluent English for daily business communication.Familiarity with German regulatory requirements for tobacco/e-cigarette products is a strong plus.High sense of responsibility, strong teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
