For our client, a Munich-based SaaS company in the Hospitality Tech/SaaS space, we are looking for a hands-on sales leader ready to build, coach, and scale a high-performing team in one of Europe’s fastest-growing hospitality tech scale-ups.The rapidly scaling company with an ARR of € 10 million is redefining the future of property management with an API-first platform and embedded payment solution. The modular cloud architecture gives hotels, serviced apartments, and new lodging concepts full freedom to design their tech stack — connecting seamlessly with over 200 certified partner apps, from revenue management systems to guest experience tools.Well-known brands like citizenM, numa, easyHotel, limehome, and iLive already trust the platform to scale their digital guest experience efficiently and flexibly.The OpportunityAfter strong growth in the DACH region, the company is now expanding into France and the UK. Backed by a €20M growth equity round, it’s entering its next scale-up phase — and is now looking for a Head of Sales (f/m/d) to lead and grow a dynamic international sales team.This is a key leadership hire with significant impact on revenue growth, GTM strategy, and international expansion.Your MissionYou’ll own new business revenue across DACH and key international markets — leading a small, high-impact team of Account Executives and BDRs, while shaping the future go-to-market motion.Your key responsibilities:Lead & Coach: Build, coach, and develop a growing team of AEs and BDRs. Lead from the front — joining customer meetings, modeling best practices, and driving accountability.Drive Growth: Own the new business pipeline across DACH, France, and the UK. Ensure quota attainment, forecast accuracy, and continuous improvement in sales efficiency.Implement Structure: Embed proven sales frameworks (SPICED, MEDDICC) and ensure process excellence in CRM (HubSpot).Partner-Influenced Selling: Collaborate closely with Partnerships and Solution Engineering to leverage the open API model and partner ecosystem.Scale the Organization: Hire and onboard top sales talent as the team grows from 5 to ~15 FTE.
