Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Karachi Division. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Additionally, the role includes conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and preparing detailed business plans. Daily tasks involve meetings with potential clients, preparing presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship managementStrong skills in market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planningExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with financial products, especially Takaful, is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
