If you are up for a challenge and would like to build your career with us, we are constantly looking for driven, experienced and/or entry-level individuals with the right attitude and skill sets to join our team.About the RoleThe Business Development Manager will report to the Managing Director on performing his or her key responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage long-term strategic relationships with existing clientsCreate and implement sales strategies and identify new markets to maximize business opportunitiesLocate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunitiesSecure new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contractsConduct market research, understand and keep up to date with latest industry developments and trendsQualificationsDegree in Business preferredRequired SkillsProven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or relevant roleProven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targetsAn individual who is willing to persevere in the face of uncertainties and challenges, supported by a highly experienced teamA team player who adds value to the company and is keen to be a part of this close-knit teamAn eye for identifying campaigns, opportunities and clients in order to develop new and existing businessesExceptional communication skills with a talent for customer interaction at all levelsHighly motivated, quick-learner, self-starter and willingness to go the extra mileLanguage: Native or professional fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written) is required to support local clients and partners.
