I. ABOUT THE ROLE:As the Business Development Manager, you’ll drive business growth and manage client relationships across two core service pillars:Brandformance: growth-driven creative & marketing servicesBrand & campaign conceptProduct innovation & marketingThematic creative production Acquisition & retention creative adSocialformance ideas & executionIMC & performance driven campaign executionBrandCommerce Global: Cross-border e-commerce enablement for Vietnamese and international brandsMarket validationProduct packaging & complianceMulti-channel RTM planning & operationsBranding & growth marketing servicesCRM automation & LoyaltyYou’ll lead the end-to-end client journey — from pitching and onboarding to campaign execution and growth — across both marketing and commerce tracks.II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:🔹 New Business DevelopmentIdentify, approach, and close new client leads for both Brandformance & BrandCommerce verticalsDevelop pitch strategies and coordinate with solution teams to craft winning proposalsLead negotiations, contract closure, and onboarding🔹 Account & Relationship ManagementAct as the main point of contact for assigned clients across both service scopesCoordinate with internal teams (creative, media, ops, tech partners) to ensure seamless deliveryMonitor campaign performance and e-commerce metrics; prepare reports and insights for clientsDrive upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and growth stages🔹 Strategic Solution DevelopmentUnderstand client business deeply: industry, audience, product, sales funnel, business goal & positioningCollaborate with product/strategy teams to tailor Brandformance & BrandCommerce solutionsStay up-to-date with market trends, tools, platforms (e.g. TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, AI tools, n8n, etc.)III. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 3–5 years of experience in client-facing roles (account management, BD, strategy) in digital marketing, e-commerce, or creative agenciesStrong understanding of performance marketing, e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Amazon, etc.) is big plusSolid communication and consultative selling skillsAble to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate internal resourcesData-driven, structured, and fluent in presentation/reportingFluent in English and Vietnamese (written and verbal)IV.
