This is a highly entrepreneurial role that combines lead generation, sales, client visits, and early-stage operational work. You will work directly with the founders and our operations team to launch, grow, and establish Cargors in Germany.If you want full ownership, autonomy, and a critical seat in a fast-growing European scale-up, this role is for you. And the most important of all: hands-on mentality is a must in this phase of the company.Your Responsibilities1. Build & Grow the German MarketDevelop and execute the go-to-market strategy in close collaboration with the NL teamIdentify, target, and acquire SME shippers across GermanyDrive consistent lead generation: outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, eventsEducate the market on Cargors’ gateway and our IT-first approachConvert prospects through demos, conversations, and onboarding2. Client Visits & Relationship BuildingVisit customers across Germany to build long-term relationshipsUnderstand customer needs and translate them into actionable insightsRepresent Cargors at industry events, fairs, and local meetups3. Early-Stage Operational SupportIn the beginning, you will handle some operational work to ensure a smooth market launch:Assist customers during their first shipmentsCoordinate with the NL operations team on shipment follow-upHelp ensure quality, accuracy and customer satisfactionDocument learnings and build repeatable processes4.
