The Purpose of Your RoleWe are seeking an O2O Business Development & Partnerships Manager to build and scale Hello Health Group’s online-to-offline (O2O) healthcare services in Malaysia. This role will focus on identifying, acquiring, and managing partnerships with leading healthcare providers to unlock supply, secure commercial agreements, and ensure operational excellence in our partner ecosystem.Your Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prioritize healthcare partners (hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, vaccination, fertility, weight management, etc).Lead partner acquisition from initial outreach through to negotiation, onboarding, and contract execution.Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, including pricing, commission models, and co-marketing initiatives.Define and enforce service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure capacity commitments and compliance with local regulations.Manage and grow relationships with partners to ensure long-term retention, renewal, and joint growth opportunities.Work closely with cross-functional teams (Patient Support, Marketing, Product, Ops, Legal) to enable seamless go-to-market execution.Monitor and report partnership KPIs (partners signed, slot capacity, SLA adherence, commissions, refunds, retention).Who We Want5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles (healthcare, tech, O2O, or related sectors).Strong track record of negotiating and closing partnerships.Knowledge of Malaysian healthcare market and regulatory environment preferred.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Why Join Us?Opportunity to shape the future of digital healthcare in Malaysia.Work with a passionate, regional team driving meaningful impact.Competitive package with growth opportunities across Southeast Asia.
