This role balances strategic sales with hands-on client engagement, requiring someone commercially astute, energetic, and passionate about establishing long-term relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectorsConduct client site visits, understand cleaning needs, and develop tailored proposalsPrepare competitive proposals and lead contract negotiations to secure profitable, sustainable businessManage tenders and RFP submissions to a high standard, ensuring compliance and service clarityPartner with franchisees to support growth, quality delivery, and health & safety standardsCollaborate with internal teams and regional managers to share insights and drive performanceAbout YouWe’re looking for someone who thrives on growth, collaboration, and results:Demonstrated experience in Business Development with a strong track record of delivering resultsProven ability to secure new business, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growthStrong commercial acumen, ideally within facilities services, commercial cleaning, or related services industriesExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholdersHigh-level interpersonal skills with the adaptability to tailor sales style and approach to different personalities and levelsSkilled at managing multiple priorities and thriving in fast-paced environmentsCultureYou’ll be part of a passionate, supportive, and hard-working team that values integrity, collaboration, and exceptional service.
