The company operates global manufacturing facilities, including the site in Hai Phong City, Vietnam, offering innovative technological solutions.1. Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for business development in the Vietnamese market (40%) and customer relationship management (60%).Collect and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Promote and deliver the company’s products in the Vietnamese market.Conduct business communication and coordination with local customers, agents, and partners.Support order processing, quotations, shipments, and after-sales service.Regularly report business progress and market conditions, and provide improvement suggestions.Full-time on-site presence in Hai Phong is not mandatory; working location can be discussed based on the candidate’s qualifications.2. Job RequirementsOver 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the electronics or automation industry.Must have sales experience in LED-related component products or key electronic components such as resistors and capacitors;Strong English communication skills; Chinese proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and good self-management.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).3.
