You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing leads, and building strong client relationships in the B2B fleet rental market.Key responsibilities include:Generating new business through self-sourced leads, networking and proactive sales activityManaging and converting leads provided by the businessSelling short- and long-term rental solutions (primarily LCVs, as well as cars)Negotiating, structuring and closing profitable dealsActing as a trusted advisor, demonstrating expertise in vehicle rental and fleet solutionsBuilding long-term partnerships that drive customer satisfaction and retentionBenefitsWhat We Offer£40,000 base salary + commission (OTE £80,000)Company car providedUK-wide sales territory with the flexibility to manage your own schedule and accountsThe opportunity to directly influence business growth in a service-focused, reputable company
