ORIGIN is an entertainment company based in Los Angeles and Tokyo, working across music, fashion, and brands.COMPANY MISSION - To transform global attention into timeless products through storytelling and distributionROLE MISSION - To build relationships and close deals that increase the company’s revenue and expand business globallyRESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute a growth strategy to expand ORIGIN’s client base across music, tech, gaming and moreBuild and maintain relationships with marketing decision-makers (VPs/Heads/Directors of Brand, Digital, Social, and Content)Identify partnership opportunities and lead outreach, negotiation, and contract closingCreate compelling sales narratives that communicate ORIGIN’s marketing and creative valueCollaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, and operations) to deliver high-impact campaigns and KPIs for clientsTrack performance, pipeline metrics, and revenue goals; report directly to leadershipRepresent ORIGIN at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build visibility and pipelineMonitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competitive landscapeCOLLABORATION:Work closely with CEO and COO to set and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targetsPartner with COO on building out, maintaining and growing sales pipeline across the following verticals: talent, gaming, AI/tech and moreCoordinate with operations and finance on contracts, invoicing, and performance trackingSTANDARDS:Exceptional communicator with persuasive storytelling abilityResults-driven with a proven ability to hit or exceed sales targetsDeep understanding of marketing, digital media and musicStrategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and self-starter mindsetOperates with integrity, speed, and precision in all client interactions and communicationREQUIREMENTS:3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within marketing, entertainment, or techProven track record of closing mid-to-large scale brand or agency dealsStrong network in music, gaming, or digital media industriesExcellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skillsComfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsBonus: Familiarity with influencer marketing, creator economy, or digital advertising metrics (CPV, CPM, etc.)
