Work closely with internal parties such as IT, procurement, Solutions Design and HR to develop a strong proposal to the customers. Ensure a smooth transparent working relationship with DSC APAC.Problem Complexity Most optimal solution for customer (price/quality/complexity) Work across functional to maximize the use of resources. Work closely with solution design to meet customer’s requirements. Contract negotiationRequirementsKey Capabilities & Skills Supply chain knowledge (contract logistics) Coordination skills among the different departments Strong communication skills both Japanese and English (fluent level) Presentation skills (internally and externally) Inter-personal skills Analytical skills Financial understandingCompetencies Commercial awareness, customer focused Result oriented Team player Self starter and taking initiatives 3-8 years logistics related sales/BD experience. Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, production is preferable.■雇用形態正社員(試用期間 6か月)*試用期間中の条件はオファー時に通知する労働条件と同じです■勤務地勤務地:大阪市住之江区南港東1丁目住■勤務時間9:00-17:45(休憩60分) 1日の所定労働時間は7時間45分■有給休暇初年度は入社月に応じて付与2年目以降は毎年1月度に規程にもとづき付与(最大で年間20日)■休日年間約121日(週休2日・祝日・年末年始休暇)■給与月給:60万円~業績賞与:支給対象(年1回)支給基準は会社業績に基づきます※具体的な給与は経験・スキルに基づいて設定いたします■福利厚生社会保険完備(厚生年金・健康保険・雇用保険・労災保険)企業型確定拠出年金(企業型DC年金)ベネフィットステーション会員 他
