An international direct sales company specializing in professional makeup and premium skincare, and proudly backed by a major household name luxury cosmetics group, is seeking to appoint Business Development Managers (BDMs) to lead and grow the German & Austrian markets.These positions represent a unique, semi-corporate opportunity within the direct sales model. The selected candidate will be assigned a region with an already established turnover and sales force, providing a stable income base and an existing team to build upon and drive further growthKey Responsibilities:Develop and expand the assigned market by increasing monthly sales and the number of active distributorsCoach, train, and motivate the existing sales force and its leaders, teaching them how to sell, recruit, lead, and manage their businesses effectivelyDesign and implement local sales and team-building actions aligned with monthly corporate promotions, launches, and incentivesOrganize and lead in-person events to boost brand visibility, training, and recruitment within the regionWork closely with distributors & leaders, being present in the field, inspiring, activating, and driving commercial activity.Collaborate closely with the European corporate team in executing regional growth strategies.Profile:Experience in direct sales or network marketing, with proven results in personal sales, recruitment, and team leadership.Demonstrated ability to lead independent teams and grow commercial networks.A proactive, strategic, and hands-on professional who enjoys being in the field, connecting with people, and generating tangible results.Based in Germany or Austria, with full command of German and an intermediate to high level of English.
