Britenet also maintains offices in Germany and Belgium.Our expectationsAt least 10 years of complex solution selling experience as a Key Account Manager or similarProven track record of success in international business environmentsExperience working in a startup environmentProven hunter experience - acquiring new customers and new sales opportunitiesA well-developed network of contacts, ready for quick activationExperience in working with tools supporting prospecting activities, such as Sales Navigator, SalesforceExtensive experience in conducting business meetings and presentations, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate that into a winning offerKnowledge of English at a level enabling fluent business communication at C-levelNative or C2 in GermanAbility to build long-term, positive relationships with both customers and with teams and units within the organizationSolution selling attitude: ability to understand the business and IT needs of the client, propose tailored solutions based on communicating added value / ROI for the ClientsCommunication skills: ability to ask meaningful questions, active listening, negotiation, ability to adapt communication to the recipient at various levels, up to C-levelGreat independence in actionStrategic thinkingWorking according to Sales methodology and/or methodological/process-driven attitudeNice to haveGoal orientation, effectiveness in action, punctuality, and meticulousness in managing data in internal systemsKnowledge of the IT industry, IT trends, and the specifics of the clients and the market in which it operates, in particular, clients of strategic importance to the companyExperience in managing Channel Sales / Indirect Sales would be a plusMain responsibilitiesAcquiring new key accounts and developing business with the company's clients. The purpose of the position is to sell IT solutions, which involves understanding customers’ business challenges and thus contributing to the customer’s digital transformation. Essential to this position is knowing how to build strong relationships and strategically develop key accounts to maximize business opportunities.Executing the company's sales strategy for Germany to achieve revenue and growth targetsResponsibility for the client and commercial partners' portfolio and its active developmentExcellent knowledge of market trendsNegotiating and closing high-value deals and contractsCreating regular sales reports and performance indicators for management staff, ensuring regular data entry into the CRM systemCreating and practicing the best work standardsCreating, executing, and consulting on account plans and sales strategyRepresenting the company externally (conferences, fairs, industry events)
