We’re building a core team of business and growth leaders in Seoul — people who are excited to shape how AI transforms the pharmaceutical industry from the ground up.LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/phnyx-lab/News: The Korea Herald, Korea Biomedical ReviewThe RoleWe’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead customer acquisition, partnership development, and market expansion across Korea’s pharmaceutical and biotech ecosystem.This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, strategy, and community growth — a builder who loves designing initiatives, experimenting fast, and turning customer feedback into product and business impact.You’ll help grow our user base from 3,000 → 10,000, deepen relationships with key clients, and play a central role in scaling PhnyX Lab’s presence across the Korean biopharma industry.Key Responsibilities1. Client & Partner DevelopmentIdentify, research, and engage pharmaceutical and biotech prospects through direct outreach (email, LinkedIn, conferences).Manage pipelines and oversee the full sales cycle — from outreach and qualification to closing and onboarding.2. Community & EngagementBuild and activate biopharma communities through outreach programs, webinars, and offline events that drive user acquisition and retention.Represent PhnyX Lab at conferences, meetups, and industry gatherings to expand brand awareness and strengthen relationships within the ecosystem.3. Value Proposition & Campaign ExecutionDevelop and execute value propositions tailored to different customer segments.Design and lead marketing or partnership campaigns that increase conversion and engagement.4. Customer Feedback & Product InsightsCollect and analyze customer feedback to propose improvements to products and services.Collaborate cross-functionally to translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance customer experience.5. CRM & Growth PerformanceUse CRM tools and analytics to track pipelines, monitor KPIs, and measure user growth.Drive the achievement of key growth milestones (Active users: 0 → 10,000).What We’re Looking ForMindset:Relentlessly driven, resourceful, and fearless — thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership from day one.“Now, not later” execution mindset; finds creative ways to make things happen.Passionate about building from 0→1 and turning customer feedback into product growth.Experience:3–8 years in B2B growth, business development, or marketing (experience in pharma, biotech, or tech-driven industries is a strong plus).Proven track record in customer acquisition, partner development, or community-driven growth.Experience in planning and executing outreach campaigns or events that expanded user base and improved engagement.Communication:Exceptional verbal and written communication; able to craft persuasive narratives and build trust with senior pharma executives.Comfortable collaborating with both internal teams and external partners, including global counterparts in English.Execution & Creativity:Hands-on executor comfortable with experimentation, iteration, and metrics-driven growth.Strategic thinker who can blend data-driven tactics with community-driven storytelling.
