We bring bold Sichuan-inspired flavours with a modern twist — combining the energy of Singapore’s F&B innovation with Indonesia’s love for good food.What You’ll DoWe’re looking for an entrepreneurial and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our business growth in Indonesia. You’ll play a key role in expanding our corporate, B2B, and partnership channels, working closely with the Singapore HQ.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to increase corporate and group orders.Identify and secure B2B partnerships, including catering, corporate lunch programs, and events.Build and manage relationships with delivery platforms, optimizing visibility and promotions.Represent Rasa Mala at food and franchise exhibitions, and explore franchise expansion opportunities.Conduct market research to identify new business leads and partnership opportunities.Work closely with marketing and operations teams to achieve sales targets and brand growth.Who We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.1–3 years experience in business development, preferably in F&B, retail, or startup environments.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.Strong initiative, self-motivated, and results-driven.Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re excited to build something new and impactful.Why Join UsBe part of an exciting Singapore brand’s international expansion.Work in a fast-growing, high-impact team.Gain exposure to regional business operations and franchise development.Opportunities for growth and cross-country collaboration.
