Job Summary: One of our clients are looking for Business Development Manager who will play a key role in driving the growth of the company’s real estate consultancy services. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence in residential, commercial, and investment real estate sectors. Key Responsibilities:1. Business Growth & Strategy• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market, including corporate clients, investors, developers, and high-net-worth individuals.• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, client needs, and potential areas for service expansion.2. Client Relationship Management• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing professional advice, tailored solutions, and exceptional service.• Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients throughout the business development cycle.• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, valuation, and property management) to deliver customized real estate solutions.3. Networking & Partnerships• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance visibility and brand reputation.• Build strategic partnerships with developers, brokers, financial institutions, and corporate entities to generate referrals and joint opportunities.4. Financial & Reporting Duties• Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.• Negotiate and close deals in line with company objectives and profitability targets.• Manage proposal development, pricing strategies, and contractual agreements. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the real estate or property consultancy industry.• Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.• Strong understanding of real estate markets, property investment trends, and consultancy practices. Key Skills & Competencies: • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.• High level of professionalism, integrity, and client service orientation.• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite; knowledge of property databases is an advantage.
