The Business Development Manager will represent the company and drive business growth. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with insurance vendors, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in business development within the fin-tech industry.Responsibilities: Foster enduring relationships with IBs, clients, and partners.Organize and facilitate meetings and presentations with potential clients.Offer credible feedback following meetings or communications.Handle relationships and coordinate issue resolution and understand their business’s activities and needs.Understand the needs of the market and share insights with internal teams.Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.Financial Planning and Strategy.Ensure compliance and adherence to the organization regulations.The Successful ApplicantBachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing vendor relationships.Performance-driven with a strong focus on achieving results and proven sales track records.Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities.Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.Technical proficiency in Banking products and services, with the ability to work collaboratively across different regions.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.Team player with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and clients.Forex/Brokerage experience is mustAdvanced proficiency in English.
