Company DescriptionMadvio is a performance-driven creator acquisition infrastructure focused on high-growth sectors including fintech, binary trading, crypto, gaming, and betting platforms.Our core focus is helping global platforms expand into emerging markets such as India, South Asia, CIS, Africa, and LATAM through structured creator-led distribution.Instead of random influencer promotions, Madvio deploys creators through a Test → Optimize → Scale acquisition framework designed to generate consistent user growth while maintaining performance and compliance standards.Campaigns are executed across major digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Telegram, enabling brands to reach high-intent audiences in fast-growing markets.Our goal is simple:build scalable creator-driven acquisition systems for global platforms entering emerging markets.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Marketing Business Development Manager who can help expand Madvio’s global partnerships with fintech, trading, crypto, gaming, and betting platforms.This role focuses on identifying new platform partnerships, building relationships with international brands, and structuring collaboration opportunities for market expansion.Key responsibilities include:• Identifying and approaching new platforms in fintech, trading, crypto, and iGaming sectors• Building and managing long-term partnerships with global brands• Structuring campaign collaborations and acquisition partnerships• Coordinating with internal teams to execute creator-led distribution campaigns• Monitoring campaign performance and ensuring alignment with client KPIs• Expanding Madvio’s presence across emerging marketsThis role is performance-driven and suited for individuals who understand affiliate ecosystems, creator marketing, and platform growth strategies.Qualifications• Experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management• Background in fintech, crypto, trading, gaming, or iGaming industries• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills• Understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, ROI, and conversion rates• Ability to identify market opportunities and structure growth partnerships• Experience working with international teams or emerging markets is a strong advantage• Self-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently in a remote environmentCandidates with experience working with fintech, trading, crypto, or iGaming platforms will be prioritized.business@madvio.com
