The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with a proven track record of generating new business, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving growth.Key Responsibilities:Prospect and generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline.Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions effectively.Close sales deals and ensure a smooth handover to internal teams for project execution.Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to maximize retention and referrals.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to refine strategies.Participate in networking events and conferences to expand business opportunities.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the GCC, preferably within a PR agency or media platform.Proven ability to close deals and consistently meet or exceed targets.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience in pitching services and building client relationships.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of branding, marketing, and client strategy.Experience managing client expectations and coordinating with internal teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Contact- Rupa Susan Thomas – rupa@sandstonemedia.ae
