Job TitleBusiness Development Manager_(Semi-con) Chemical & Material(Managing Samsung Electronics or SK Hynix Account)LocationSeoul, South KoreaAbout our ClientGlobal leader in water, hygiene, and infection-prevention solutions, with a strong footprint in the high-tech and semiconductor sectors.Role SummaryAs a BDM in the Semiconductor and Technology Division, you will lead strategic partnerships with a key semiconductor client (Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix), driving business growth through consultative sales and solution delivery. Your role will focus on maximizing product and service value, maintaining long-term client relationships, and ensuring profitability.Key Responsibilities#1# Client Relationship DevelopmentBuild and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders at the client side.Lead business reviews and develop strategic proposals.Tailor relationship strategies to client needs and share insights internally.Collaborate across global and local teams to align with client requirements.Conduct on-site technical validation and testing.Drive initiatives in quality control and service improvements.#2# Sales Strategy & Performance ManagementDevelop and implement quarterly and annual sales strategies.Track, analyze, and manage sales performance.Define and execute pricing strategies to achieve profitability.#3# Value Communication & Market InsightWork with internal teams to quantify the business value delivered to clients.Provide strategic proposals based on market trends and competitor intelligence.Ensure alignment between company solutions and client business needs.Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries to highlight performance and efficiency.#4# Business Expansion & Solution SellingIdentify new business opportunities within the semiconductor ecosystem.Design and deliver proposals leveraging the company’s full portfolio.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.7+ years of experience in water treatment and/or technical sales.Track record of working with top domestic semiconductor clients (Samsung, SK Hynix).Proven executive-level communication and negotiation skills.Skills & Other RequirementsStrong consultative sales skills and strategic mindset.Business-level English.Solid understanding of the microelectronics industry.Excellent presentation and documentation skills.Valid driver’s license.(Preferred) Knowledge of water treatment processes and chemicals.ContactJason Lee, Team Manager02-6200-9740Jason.lee@adecco.com
