Through our industry-leading, on-demand production model, we support a smarter, more future-ready fashion industry that adapts to the changing needs of our customers.Learn more about SHEIN by following us at SHEIN careers and https://www.sheingroup.com/.Position HighlightsDeeply engage in the core Middle East sports market, Priority given to candidates with local sports brand merchant resources; clear performance incentives and growth opportunities aligned with regional business expansion.Job ResponsibilitiesMerchant Resource Development & Maintenance: Proactively identify sports brand owners and brand distributors in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, build long-term cooperative relationships, and expand the regional cooperative merchant database.End-to-End Business Cooperation Execution: Independently manage requirement communication, proposal development, negotiation, contract signing, and coordinate with the operation teams to ensure the implementation of cooperation terms and achieve cooperation goals.Performance Achievement & Optimization: Undertake performance indicators such as the number of cooperative merchants and GMV, track data, analyze bottlenecks, and drive strategy optimization to meet targets.Market Information Feedback: Monitor local sports consumption trends, competitor strategies, and policy changes, and produce analysis reports to support the company’s strategy adjustment.Job Requirements1. Resources & Experience:Possess local sports brand merchant resources in Saudi Arabia / the UAE; candidates with established cooperative channels are preferred.Candidates with sports category BD/operation experience on leading e-commerce platforms will be given priority for hiring.2. Language Proficiency:Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), capable of independent communication in English as the working language.Proficiency in both Arabic and Chinese is a key plus.3. Competencies:Strong business negotiation and resource integration skills, able to work under performance pressure.Sharp insight into Middle East sports market trends and consumer needs.
