Role Description This is a part-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager located in Nuku'alofa. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and create strategies to drive growth. Tasks will also include analyzing market trends, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and company targets. Qualifications Strong business development and client relationship management skillsExperience in creating and implementing growth strategiesProficiency in market research and data analysisExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with internal teams and clientsPrior experience in software or technology sectors is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldKnowledge of the Tongan market and culture is highly desirable
