SNI is serving as a trusted IT and SAP Outsourcing partner in line with the needs of world's most prestigious firms and carried out successful projects worldwide.We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and quick-learning Business Development Manager with a strong sales mindset and a confident, business-winning presentation style to join our dynamic and rapidly growing international team in Warsaw!If you’re eager to develop your career and grow alongside an innovative company, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Requirements:Experience in sales, business development, or client management in a B2B environmentFluency in English at a minimum B2 level is requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with international stakeholdersProactive and self-motivated approach focused on achieving resultsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficientlyProven negotiation skills and a professional phone mannerFamiliarity with CRM systems and a systematic approach to managing client dataWillingness to travel domestically and internationally is requiredNice to Have:Proficiency in at least one additional foreign language at B2 level or higher (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Czech)Experience in IT/SAP outsourcingResponsibilities:Identifying and acquiring new clients and business opportunities in the IT and SAP outsourcing sectorBuilding and strengthening long-term relationships with existing clientsRepresenting the company at industry events, client meetings, and presentations, both in-person and onlinePreparing precise and effective sales proposals, contracts, RFQs, and RFPsCollaborating closely with recruiting and operations teams to align offerings with client needsActively generating leads through various channels: phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and business meetingsQualifying clients professionally and handing them over to the Customer Care Team for ongoing relationship management and upsellingKeeping CRM data accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensiveWe offer:Opportunity to gain valuable experience and real professional growthOpen, friendly atmosphere and strong team supportSubsidy for eyeglassesPublic transport card - full coverage of commuting costsLunch cardMultisport cardPrivate healthcareFunding for training and language courses
