Job Description

The candidate's role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. This candidates’ responsibilities include site visits, feasibility studies and technical assessments to determine optimal system designs. The candidate will prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders working closely with engineering and design teams to develop solutions that is tailored to clients’ needs.  ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with clients in the solar energy sector.Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to clients.Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar PV installations.Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop optimal system proposals.Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals in line with client requirements.Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.Stay up-to-date on solar technology trends, government policies, and market developments in Malaysia.Provide after-sales technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.Any other tasks as assigned by the Directors which deem necessary.QualificationsCandidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.At least 3 - 4 years’ technical sales experience in related fieldExperience in solar technology would be an added advantageKnowledge or experience in solar industry would be an added advantageExcellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer servicing.Good computer skills: AutoCAD, Microsoft OfficeRequired language(s): English, and Bahasa MalaysiaPossess own transport and willing to travel when required
