The role demands a focused effort on boosting the FSS brand awareness and demand in IndonesiaEssential Duties and Responsibilities:A primary go-to-market (GTM) and business development role for UCT Fluid Solutions in the field of the Oil and Gas industry. To be responsible for the business development and growth of UCT Fluid Solutions in Indonesia. The incumbent will maintain a keen understanding of UCT FS product technology, industry trends, customer needs, and competitive environment, relating them to yield expected growth and customer attrition within the territory, mainly by means of expanding the company's business reach.Objectives:Achieve significant growth in the Indonesia Process Market, as will be defined by the FSS branch DirectorOngoing local account management supportTraining customers on products & servicesConducting technology review meetings (TRM) with customersNew product introductions, offerings, and promotionsDevelop and maintain clear understanding of industry drivers, pricing trends, technology market-trends and competitor information in IndonesiaLocate and recruit New Customers and Distributors to extend company reach to new markets’ ecosystems and opportunitiesThe Local Business Development Manager will collaborate efficiently and positively with site personnel responsible for managing existing accounts. Excellent in managing documentation and paperwork, attentive to details. Educational/Certification Requirement:BS or MS in Engineering or Business Management is preferredExperience Requirement:Formal experience of minimum 3-5 years in BD, sales, or marketing for a technological companyExperience in Oil and Gas, the instrumentation industry
