Our client, a well-established business setup and advisory consultancy, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive client acquisition, and strengthen strategic partnerships across finance, law, and corporate sectors. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of 5+ business development and advisory professionals to achieve revenue and growth objectives.Advise and consult clients on business setup, structuring, and financial planning—bridging the gap between Big 4 advisory standards and CSP-level service.Build and expand a strong professional network with law firms, accounting firms, HNWIs, and multinational clients.Drive business development initiatives through strategic networking, events, and partnerships, including evening and weekend engagements.Identify new market opportunities, conduct competitive analysis, and develop client-focused growth strategies.Oversee client onboarding and ensure the delivery of premium, consultative service experiences.Report regularly to management on team performance, pipeline development, and revenue progress.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (finance-related qualification essential).Proven experience in business development, financial advisory, or consulting, ideally within business setup, wealth management, or professional services.Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.Strong financial acumen with a consultative and solution-driven approach.Exceptional networking, communication, and relationship management skills.Dynamic, confident, and energetic—comfortable attending client events and networking functions outside standard hours.Native English speakers.In-depth understanding of UAE company formation and regulatory landscape is a strong advantage.If you’re an energetic, finance-minded leader with the drive to build business growth and lead a top-performing advisory team we’d love to hear from you.
