Key Responsibilities:Drive field sales and business development activities, engaging potential clients and partners.Build, manage, and expand relationships with health check providers, insurance companies, hospitals, and other key stakeholders in the women’s health sector.Lead and execute market entry and product launch strategies for newly introduced women’s health products and services.Identify and secure new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships to expand market coverage.Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations, pitches, and proposals to prospective customers and business partners.Collaborate with internal functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and operations to provide comprehensive support during product launches and ongoing sales.Track sales performance, monitor industry trends, and provide regular competitive intelligence and reporting to management.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above in business, life sciences, healthcare, or related disciplines.3-5+ years’ experience in sales/business development engaging with health check or insurance companies.Proven experience launching new products in the women’s health or healthcare field.Outstanding communication, relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills.Self-motivated and proactive, able to thrive in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
