Join us and become a part of our success story.Main Responsibilities:Implementation of the new line of Milwaukee products dedicated to the Wood Constructions IndustryOpening new accounts in the Wood Constructions IndustryDevelopment of the distribution chain dedicated to wood constructionsSupport business partners in selling the dedicated line to end user by demonstrating range of products to end userPlan and manage own selling process (presentations, offering, price and contracts negotiations)Train & educate end users in the performance advantage and safe use of Milwaukee productsEnsure that all Company products and services are continually promoted through regular contact with existing customers and prospects and follow up leads for new business opportunitiesClose cooperation with marketing teamSkills/Experience Required:Minimum 4 years’ successful selling experience (achieving targets) with strong emphasis on end user/commercial salesIdeally experience in/knowledge of wood construction industry, preferably with tools and servicesDetermination to build a career with a forward thinking businessStrong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills both internally and externallySelf-motivated and able to recognise new business opportunitiesExcellent planning and time management/priorities skillsStrong IT skills e.g. CRM, SAP, QlikView, MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet other tools to analyse prices/sales activity in Internet etcEnglish – B2 level (minimum)Technical education (an advantage)Clean Driving LicenseWe offer:Necessary job tools (laptop, phone, car, demo tools)Employment based on employment-contract (basic salary + extra bonus)Task-based working time, high level of self-reliance and liabilityContinuous product trainingsRegina Maria25 days of holidayLunch ticket#Milwaukee-Poland remoteIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
