We are one Snap-on team.Now, we’re looking for a talented Mid/Senior Power BI Engineer to join us and help shape the future of our global solutions!💼 Your RoleDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that transform raw data into actionable insights.Build and manage data models, datasets, and Dataflows, ensuring performance, accuracy, and scalability.Implement automated data refreshes and integrations between Power BI, Salesforce, and other business systems using Power Automate and Power Apps where relevant.Use Power Query (M) and DAX for complex data transformations, calculations, and visual analytics.Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and visual storytelling approaches that support data-driven decisions.Optimize and troubleshoot Power BI solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices for performance and data governance.Document data processes, architecture, and reports to support long-term maintainability and cross-team knowledge sharing.✅ What You’ll BringStrong hands-on experience with Power BI: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, visualization, best practices.Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataflows) and understanding of how they integrate with Power BI.Solid grasp of ETL concepts and data preparation workflows.Strong SQL skills: ability to write optimized queries, work with complex joins, window functions, and large datasets.Exposure to Salesforce data structures and experience connecting Salesforce to Power BI (preferred).Experience with scripting/automation languages: Power Query M, VBA, Power FX, or Office Scripts.Statistical knowledge (descriptive analytics, correlation, variance, distributions, basic forecasting) to support deeper analytical insights.Business acumen: ability to understand operational and business contexts, interpret requirements, and translate business needs into effective data solutions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.🎁 Why You’ll Love Working with UsAt Snap-on, we value your professional growth and well-being. Professional OpportunitiesTackle exciting challenges, expand your skills, and grow your career in a product-focused company that blends modern and classic technologies. What’s in It for YouWork on impactful global projects.Exposure to complex business applications and diverse data ecosystems.Flexible working hours and hybrid setup.Meal tickets, private medical insurance, and other appealing benefits.Performance bonuses and career development support.
