It's about bringing your skills, curiosity and best true self to work.In Accenture Operations we rethink the way people work and businesses perform by harnessing the power of rich data for decision-making, innovative technology and advanced machine intelligence.In an era where people are critical to success, join a team that prioritizes human ingenuity and fosters a workforce where technology elevates people (not the other way around), freeing them up for more creative thinking and exciting work.By being part of this team, you will work from Monday, to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid setup from our offices in Bucharest, Brasov, Iasi, Cluj, or Timisoara, or remotely from any other city in Romania.How you'll make an impact:Employee Focus Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted single point of contact for employees;Provide employee guidance as part of employees’ career experience to foster appropriate expectations and help bridge cultural gaps;Provide employee support throughout the process of connecting people to projects, helping them identify the best internal roles based on their interests and aspirations;Initiate and drive one-on-one career discussions with employees;Provide a highly inclusive, truly human career experience;Be accountable for addressing issues related to career development, engagement, compensation, training, performance achievement, and performance counselling;Help employees navigate the organization and provide advice on broader performance and career goals;Assist the HRP Lead and business on specific reports and special projects, locally or globally driven.Process and Business Support Responsibilities:Act as HR coaches during the performance cycle, following the global process;Liaise with Employee Relations, Legal, and People Mobility to ensure compliance with local laws and practices;Work with business leaders to identify and propose the right talent for development programs;Identify business needs for special projects driven by the group’s particularities and needs (engagement, attrition, change management, etc.).Skills that make your work successful:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HR Consultant (HR Partner/Business Partner, HR Advisor, HR Specialist, HR Operations Manager/Lead, HR Coordinator);Advanced level of Polish (B2-C1) and intermediate level of English (B2);Bachelor's degree is required;Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment;Proven expertise in end-to-end talent management processes.
