Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer based in Kerala, India. The Business Development Officer will actively identify and develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and analyze market trends. The role includes promoting financial products and services, addressing customer needs, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business growth in alignment with company objectives. Qualifications Proven expertise in New Business Development and a track record of successfully driving growthStrong Analytical Skills to identify market trends and make informed business decisionsKnowledge of Finance and financial products to effectively promote servicesExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationshipsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferredExperience in the financial services or NBFC sector is an added advantage
