You have found the right team.As a Business Management Associate within our Impact Banking Team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm. You will play a key role in supporting Community Impact Banking initiatives, such as assisting DWV-owned businesses and ensuring compliance with evolving data privacy and confidentiality requirements through effective controls and legal oversight. In this role, you will support senior management with impactful reporting and analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, represent business management interests, and help foster best practices across C&SI teams. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will drive the team’s monitoring, control, and remediation efforts, making a meaningful impact on our business and contributing to a culture of excellence and collaboration.Job responsibilitiesOversee and own reporting, ad-hoc projects, strategic initiatives, and analytics solutions with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.Serve as a key liaison between business management, analytics teams, and senior stakeholders. Communicate complex data, business, and analytics concepts to non-technical audiences.Drive process improvements, automation, and implement innovative solutions across business management and analytics functions.Oversee data management activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Independently develop and enhance Alteryx workflows, optimize SQL queries, and design data visualizations using Tableau, Qlik, and/or ThoughtSpot.Lead requirements gathering, detailed project planning, and manage multiple projects (business management and analytics), prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.Conduct thorough control testing and validation of analytics and business management solutions.Lead business review processes, synthesizing data into actionable insights for senior management.Collaborate with P&A, A&R, IT, end-users, and business partners during solution development, UAT, and production migration.Identify and address risks and opportunities within business management and analytics processes.Write procedures, communications, and meeting minutes, and organize or provide training to and with Bankers and business as needed.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsDemonstrate advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.Apply intermediate to advanced hands-on experience with business intelligence and data wrangling tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik, SQL, Python, and ThoughtSpot.Exhibit an intermediate understanding of planning and analysis, banking, product knowledge, data analytics, data modeling, and automation.Deliver high-quality analysis, reporting, and data visualizations.Manage projects with intermediate project management skills.Build strong client partnerships and stakeholder relationships.Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, with colleagues at all levels across functions.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsBenefit from previous experience in business management, control management, and/or project management (good to have).Organize and provide training sessions (good to have).Demonstrate familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in financial services (good to have).Maintain a positive attitude and high performance on high-demand, time-sensitive initiatives (good to have).ABOUT USJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
