Job SummaryA Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying highly profitable business opportunities and securing strategic business deals, contributing to the company's financial growth. His/her job involves understanding customers’ needs and pain points and implementing sales strategies. Key ResponsibilitiesManages the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, pitch, negotiation, and closing. Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts to attract new clients and business opportunities.Present and promote company products and services to prospective customers to meet and exceed revenue targets.Ensure that a high level of service is provided and client inquiries are handled attentively.Create proposals based on the client's requirements.Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Prepare reports on sales activities, progress toward goals, and market conditions.Perform other functions that may be assigned to him/her. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fieldWith at least 2 years of experience in Business Development or Account ManagementExcellent interpersonal, personal, and communication skillsPreferably with a background in selling B2B SaaS software products
