Job Description
The RoleIdentify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, particularly those in industrial sectors.Build and maintain strong client relationships to support insurance placement, renewal, and cross-sell efforts.Collaborate with internal teams and insurance providers to deliver customized, competitive solutions.Execute sales strategies and meet assigned targets (Construction, Renewable Energy, etc.)Manage the end-to-end client engagement process with a focus on service quality and retention.Regularly report performance metrics and pipeline updates to management.The RequirementsBachelor Degree or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, B2B sales, or other relevant business services.Proven ability to develop new client relationships through various approaches, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Self-driven and results-focused.Chinese is preferable.Preferred CandidatesBackground in banking (e.g., corporate sales, relationship management, trade finance), orExperience in industrial real estate (e.g., sales, leasing, client relationship)An equal opportunity employer
