As an early team member, you will work closely with the other functions in continuously delivering user experience improvements and introducing best-in-class strategies and processes that will help Hive Health provide an unparalleled healthcare experience for Filipinos.ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development & Partnerships Associate, your areas of responsibilities include:Managing and optimizing the full sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, and negotiation to closing SME accountsDriving revenue through strategic partnerships by identifying, initiating, and managing high-impact collaborations that support long-term growth and mutual valueDeveloping a deep understanding of Hive’s product and incorporating customer feedback, market insights, and competitor analysis to ensure competitive pricing and product offeringsCollaborating with the Marketing team on lead generation efforts and brand-building initiativesSupporting and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver an extraordinary user experienceQualificationsAt least 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related fieldsCreative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunitiesAbility to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support key business decisionsJoin our team as we revolutionalize healthcare in the Philippines—and beyond!✨ Day 1 benefits for full-time employees – because we practice what we preach!
