Job Description / What You’ll DoLead business development in IndonesiaIdentify, approach, and nurture partnerships with schools, universities, language centres, education agents, and community organisations.Build a pipeline of B2B partners and maintain strong, long-term relationships.Plan and execute student acquisition campaignsDesign online and offline campaigns to increase student leads and enrolments for study overseas and our upcoming training school.Coordinate campaign execution across social media, email, WhatsApp, and on-ground activities.Own campaign KPIs (leads, conversions, cost per lead, ROI).Drive partnerships & co-marketing initiativesCreate and manage co-branded activities with partners (webinars, info sessions, school visits, education fairs, referral programs).Negotiate partnership terms, benefits, and incentives (e.g. referral schemes, promo packages).Build and engage the iStudentPlus communityGrow and engage a community of students, parents, and partners through events, online groups, and content.Collect feedback and insight from students & partners to improve our services and programs.Use data to guide strategyAnalyse campaign and partnership performance (e.g. joiners, active users, conversion rate, revenue impact).Provide post-campaign analysis, competitor insights, and recommendations for pricing and offers.Support new product & school launchWork with the founder to research market needs for our training school (programs, pricing, locations).Help plan go-to-market strategy and launch activities for new courses and services.Qualifications / What We’re Looking ForExperience3+ years experience in business development, merchant/partner acquisition, growth marketing, or campaign management, ideally in tech, e-commerce, or platform companies (e.g. Grab, Lazada, Tokopedia, Gojek, etc.).Proven track record in growing active users or customers through campaigns, partnerships, and community initiatives.Experience doing post-campaign analysis, market/competitor analysis, and basic pricing strategy.SkillsStrong project management skills – able to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across multiple campaigns.Comfortable working with data and dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets, basic reporting tools) to evaluate performance and optimise.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; confident talking to school leaders, education agents, students, and parents.Ability to create or brief simple marketing content (campaign mechanics, promo messages, basic social media copy).Mindset & FitPassionate about education, youth, and helping Indonesian students study overseas.Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a small, growing team / startup-style environment.Open to testing ideas, learning from data, and iterating quickly.Based in Indonesia, with strong understanding of local market behaviour and student/parent mindset.Nice to HaveExperience in education, EdTech, or working with schools/universities.Experience launching a new product/service from research to execution.Good written English for internal communication and simple marketing materials.
