As of May 31, 2025, Aksia's Assets Under Supervision is inclusive of $350bn of assets under advisement (“AUA”) and $32bn assets under management (“AUM”).Position Overview:Aksia is seeking a talented alternative investment business development professional. The Pan-Alts team at Aksia is responsible for developing and maintaining new relationship across large, sophisticated investors like Pension funds, Foundations, Insurance firms and Family Offices to Wealth Management Entities, bringing together the resources of the firm for the benefit of each client. The team works with existing clients on the development and implementation of their alternative investment portfolios and is also the central point for the marketing and business development efforts of the firm.This position is based in Zurich and will involve interaction with global colleagues and clients, with focus on the DACH prospects and clients.Responsibilities:Focusing on the business development and outreach in German speaking areas, including logistics for road shows, and conferencesCoordinating client-focused projects across research, asset class, legal/compliance and client operations teamsCollecting, organizing and tracking prospective client informationLeading prospective client meetings, proposals and pacing analysis, strategic plans, including presentations and other ad-hoc projectsOrganizing road show, creating leads and building target listsQualifications:6+ years of investment experience with knowledge of alternative strategies, specifically private markets and product launching, with solid established relationships to the institutional client base in German speaking countries.Strong quantitative and qualitative skillsHighly motivated and organizedAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage projects independentlyAttentive to detailStrong excel skillsEffective writing and communication skillsPositive attitude, team player and strong work ethicGerman and English languages are a requirement with written proficiency
