You’ll play a key role in identifying, connecting with, and converting potential clients, helping us expand our presence across industries and geographies. This is a hands-on role with strong growth potential for high performers.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and reach out to potential clients across sectors, primarily B2B and tech. Build and manage a healthy pipeline of leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions aligned with Versatile’s offerings. Manage and track client interactions using CRM tools, providing timely updates to the team. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Contribute to strategy discussions on improving outreach and conversion processes. Requirements2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation (B2B experience preferred). Proven track record of building client pipelines and closing deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tools. Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.
