We cater to the country’s top restaurants, hotels, and gourmet retailers by offering curated selections of world-class meats that bring authentic Spanish flavor to the Filipino table.Job DescriptionSales and Distribution Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and manage the distribution of premium ham products, ensuring timely delivery to customers and retailers.Merchandising and Strategy: Create and execute merchandising plans to maximize sales, including product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities.Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train a team of sales and merchandising professionals to achieve company goals.Inventory and Supply Chain: Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts, oversee product placement, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain strong commercial relationships.Analysis and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare reports to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.Brand Management: Ensure all merchandising and sales activities align with the brand's premium image and standards.Qualifications:- Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often required.- Experience: Several years of experience in sales management, merchandising, or brand management, preferably within the food or premium/luxury goods industry.Skills:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management software.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the premium ham market, including consumer trends and competitor activities, is a significant advantage.
