Would you be up to the challenge?The Finance Manager is responsible for all areas relating to finance, accounting and reporting functionsMaster work and develop a deep understanding for e-commerce and gifting retail to develop responsive management sensitive charts of account in areas of inventory, margins, costs and pricing.This position must meet tight deadlines and multitude of finance activities including general ledger preparation and financial reportingResponsibilitiesEnsure timely preparation of monthly and annual financial reports for consolidation purposesConsolidation of monthly and annual financial report for the FlowerStore group of accounts (Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand)Effectively budget and ensure sufficient funding of all available marketsPreparation of weekly financial KPI report for management and investors reportingMonitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and efficient use of resources while maintaining high level of accuracyApply a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structureRespond to inquiries of CEO regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the likeCoach and advise new and existing staff as needed to help personal and professional growth while maintaining steady improvement of learning curveWork alongside CEO to help come up with ways to meet targets in terms of sales, production efficiency and financial resultsRepresent the group and manage the following stakeholders relations, auditors, customers and partners (ie. Suppliers, Banks, Finance team)|Perform general and detailed review on the reports relating to collections, expenses, cash movements and financial statement related reports.Coordinate with the other department heads on a timely basis in cases where issues are identified.QualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fieldsCPA, CFA or MBA degree holderRelevant experience revolving around Finance/Accounting function with proven leadership and management experience in Finance and Controlling in a constantly evolving environmentDemonstrated achievement of excellence in the workplaceMust possess excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and be able to work with regional and senior management and other stakeholdersExcellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, meticulous and has eye for detailsStrong mindset and conduct ethics and compliance
