EPC & Project Development Lead

Title: EPC and Project Development Lead Location: Manila, PhilippinesAbout the Role:Renewable Energy Developer with an existing presence in the PhilippinesRenewable energy utility-scale projects (Solar, Wind, BESS)Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end execution of renewable energy projects — from the early development and grid contracting stage through engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) to commercial operationsLead the EPC contractor selection and negotiation process, ensuring optimal technical, commercial, and risk terms.Strong technical and commercial acumen, deep understanding of the Philippine power market, and the ability to integrate multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex energy infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, and profitably.Manage and coordinate EPC contractor(s), consultants, and internal engineering teams during construction.Coordinate and manage grid connection studies, applications, and contracts with NGCP and/or local utilities.Support permitting, environmental compliance, and interconnection design requirements.Provide engineering input to optimize project layouts, technology selections, and feasibility assessments.Requirements:Minimum 10 years of professional working experience in Project Development within the utility-scale projects in the Renewable Energy sector in the PhilippinesPossess strong networking capabilities, with existing relationships with local government entitiesExperienced in seeing through the development of utility-scale solar / wind / BESS projects from initial contracts to construction and commissioningExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex financial insights to stakeholdersApplicationIf you are interested in this position, please apply directly on the platform with your latest CV.
