Account Manager – Client Success (Tendo by Tonik)We’re looking for a driven and people-savvy Account Manager to join our growing team at Tendo — where we make financial wellness simple, accessible, and rewarding for employees across the Philippines.If you love building relationships, solving problems, and driving growth through collaboration, this role is for you.What you’ll doBe the bridge between our employer partners and the Tendo team — making sure every partner feels heard, supported, and valued.Manage your own portfolio of employer accounts and help them make the most out of our products and services.Support partners on day-to-day account matters, from onboarding to billing and everything in between.Drive growth initiatives to boost product adoption and engagement among your assigned partners.Work hand-in-hand with our internal teams — from Finance to Operations — to resolve partner concerns quickly and efficiently.Lead regular business reviews and check-ins to maintain strong, long-term relationships.Be proactive in retaining partners, spotting opportunities for upsell, and identifying ways we can serve them better.Jump in on special requests or events — whether it’s a corporate roadshow, a change in credit terms, or a partner activation.Share insights and ideas that make our processes smoother and our partners happier.Who you areProblem-solver.
