We’re looking for a Sales Development Support professional to join their growing team remotely from the Philippines.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote position open to experienced professionals based in the Philippines. The Sales Development Support role is critical to driving business growth, focusing on lead generation, outreach, and early-stage sales engagement. You will support the U.S. sales team in identifying and qualifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to deal closure.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify qualified leads within target industries and marketsExecute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage potential clientsQualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for the U.S. sales teamSupport the sales pipeline by managing follow-ups, preparing proposals, and updating CRM recordsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategiesTrack and report on key performance metrics and provide insights for improvementMaintain a professional, clear, and friendly communication style with clients and prospectsQualifications3–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Business Development, ideally with Tech or SaaS companiesProven experience in outreach, prospect qualification, and sales coordinationExceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage U.S.-based clients confidently and professionallyFamiliarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales engagement tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habitsSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setupBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldWhat’s in It for You100% remote position (Philippines-based)Competitive salary packageOpportunity to work directly with a U.S. team in a fast-paced SaaS environmentProfessional growth in an international, performance-driven culture
