This role is designed for someone with a strong interest in real estate, sales, and deal-making. You’ll play a key role in sourcing new acquisition opportunities by reaching out directly to property owners and contributing to the company’s growth strategy while developing industry expertise in industrial real estate.Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.Environment: Colombian and International Teams.Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.Requirements7+ years of experience in sales, cold calling, or business development (real estate experience strongly preferred)Familiarity with real estate concepts; industrial property knowledge is a plusCollege degree in business, communications, or real estate preferred but not requiredDemonstrates excellent phone communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanorComfortable with high call volumes and rejection while maintaining persistence and positivityStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneouslyWorking knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervisionAbility to quickly learn real estate terminology, property valuation basics, and acquisition strategiesA collaborative mindset with a strong sense of accountability and responsibilityEducation: College degree in business, communications, or real estate preferred but not required.Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales, cold calling, or business development (real estate experience strongly preferred).SkillsExcellent phone communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.Comfortable with high call volumes and rejection while maintaining persistence and positivity.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Ability to quickly learn real estate terminology, property valuation basics, and acquisition strategies.Characteristics: A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling & Lead GenerationConduct high-volume outbound cold calls to industrial property owners to identify potential sellersResearch and qualify property owners before outreach to ensure alignment with acquisition criteriaAccurately present the value proposition and build rapport with owners to uncover selling motivationsMaintain detailed records of conversations, outcomes, and follow-ups in CRM systemsPipeline Development & Deal Flow SupportGenerate and nurture leads through persistent follow-up and relationship buildingCoordinate with Acquisitions team to hand off qualified opportunities for evaluation and negotiationTrack and report on outreach efforts, call metrics, and conversion performanceAssist with market research and data gathering to identify new industrial property targetsCommunication & Administrative SupportDraft and send follow-up emails, letters, or information packages to property ownersWork with the Acquisitions team to refine outreach strategies and scriptsManage call lists, update CRM databases, and maintain organized lead pipelinesSupport ad hoc projects related to acquisitions, marketing campaigns, and executive support
