Business Development Representative, Enterprise (Remote)Job SummaryFoodChain ID is a global leader in delivering operational and service excellence across digital solutions for compliance and quality assurance. We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and help fuel our sales pipeline through smart, innovative outreach strategies.What You’ll Do:As a key driver of pipeline generation, you will:Own outbound prospecting efforts with a hunter mentality - targeting new logos through cold calling, social media outreach, video prospecting, personalised emails, and creative engagement tacticsUse innovation and creativity to identify and engage ideal prospects in a noisy marketplace, securing meetings with the right decision-makersAlign closely with Account Executives on target accounts to co-develop prospecting strategies and ensure a smooth handoff of sales-qualified leadsWork alongside Marketing to synchronise prospecting with active campaigns and content strategiesBuild and manage high-performing automated cadences maximize engagement and conversionAlign with the Events team to proactively prospect and book meetings before, during, and after global eventsWork to ensure accurate reporting against campaigns in Salesforce, and meet a monthly quota for pipeline contributionSupport with the validation and allocation of MQLsWhat We’re Looking For:1+ years in a Business Development, Sales, or SDR role, preferably in a SaaS or technology sales environmentProven experience in cold prospecting and developing pipeline without relying solely on pre-qualified listsFamiliarity with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar sales engagement platformsCreative and analytical thinker who’s comfortable working independently, and optimizing performance based on metricsStrong communicator with the ability to build rapport and spark curiosity in new prospectsIndustry knowledge within the food and beverage industry would be ideal, but not required.
