Watch the video to learn more.We’re building a platform that helps businesses achieve growth through clarity, structure, and intelligent systems.At COSYN, we value care, courtesy, and curiosity, and our culture is about learning, experimenting, and delivering work that truly makes an impact.About The RoleWe’re looking for a Business Development Representative - someone thoughtful, persistent, and motivated by growth through quality connections.You’ll play a key role in turning targeted outbound outreach into meaningful product demo bookings and help us establish a repeatable, scalable pipeline for our Change Playbook launch.In this role, you will:💡 Develop and launch highly personalized, ICP-specific campaigns across LinkedIn and email, focused on delivering initial value and insight to prospects.🧩 Craft clear, premium-aligned copy and run structured A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion rates.📈 Qualify prospects and secure demo appointments while maintaining warm, professional communication.📊 Manage data and tools (lists, automations, analytics), maintain data accuracy, and report on weekly KPIs.⚙️ Keep systems synced (Lead list ↔ HubSpot ↔ Mailchimp), track performance, and propose structured improvements.🛡️ Execute outreach aligned with our premium brand voice and privacy standards.⏰ This is a full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time role (around 24–25 hours/week), spread across five weekdays, with collaboration centered on Central European Time (CET/CEST).About YouTo excel in this role, you need:✅ 3-5 years proven success in B2B/SaaS sales, business development, or sales operations.✅ Hands-on HubSpot experience (campaigns, automations, dashboards).✅ Strong track record running outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.✅ Skilled with tools like Instantly and Apollo/HeyReach (or similar).✅ Data-driven approach with KPI tracking and A/B testing experience.✅ Excellent written and spoken English.✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.Brownie points for:⭐ Experience with LinkedIn Ads / Google Ads / Google Analytics.⭐ Familiarity with modern sales tech like Clay or HeyReach.⭐ Interest in AI-supported prospecting and personalization tools.You’re the kind of person who enjoys the process of building - persistent but not pushy, confident yet humble.You communicate warmly, take ownership of results, and thrive in small, international teams.You care about precision, follow-through, and contributing to a shared mission.Benefits💶 €1,200–€1,500/month (part-time, ~24–25 hours/week)💰 €2,000-€2,500/month (full-time, 40 hours/week)🕓 Fully remote | Flexible working hours in CET/CEST.🏝️ 30 days of total paid time off per year (including floating public holidays).🤒 Paid sick leave per local regulations.*Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence.
