A TOPdesk career is the answer.Job DescriptionTOPdesk are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our Business Development Representative team in central London!What are you going to do?As a Business Development Representative you’ll be working in our sales team to build up and nurture our pipeline of potential customers. You’ll develop a keen understanding of our SaaS solution to be able to understand the clients’ challenges and problem-solve how our tool could help their businesses.Day-to-day You’ll Be Responsible ToSource leads through outbound calling, email outreach, social media outreachHandle inbound leads from MarketingNurture, further qualify, and ultimately convert these leads into product demonstration meetings for our Business Development ManagersServe as a key contact point for potential customers to discuss their technical requirements, budgets, timelines, and scope for implementationOccasionally attend demonstrations and trade shows around the UK with our BDMsCollaborate with marketing to think creatively about potential new avenues for attracting prospectsCreate Requests for Information and complete tenders to win new business opportunitiesThe team you’ll be joiningYou’ll be working alongside the other BDRs in our London and Manchester branches, reporting into the Sales Director of the UK. You’ll collaborate closely with our Business Development Managers and Marketing.As TOPdesk has branches around the world, you’ll be part of international organisation too!
